OUR PRODUCTION SYSTEMS

Extrusion Production

Alustore Aluminum has 2 extrusion presses, 1500 and 1200 tons, using 152 and 127mm diameter billets. In addition to 6000 series alloys, we can use other series alloys in our extrusion line. The highest quality product is produced without compromising quality at every stage of production. With 22 years of production experience, it can easily produce even the most difficult profiles.

Electrostatic Powder Paint

In Alustore Aluminum's electrostatic powder coating facility with an annual capacity of 2500 tons, painting is carried out with a wide range of RAL colors according to customer demands. Profiles are painted in accordance with QUALICOAT standards in the facility. The surface of the painted profiles is not only resistant to corrosion, but also has good resistance to the UV effects of sunlight. The company prioritizes environmental awareness.
