Alustore Aluminum has 2 extrusion presses using billets with diameters of 152 and 127mm, with capacities of 1500 and 1200 tons.Our extrusion line can process 6000 series alloys as well as other series alloys. At every stage of production, the highest quality products are manufactured without compromising quality. With 22 years of production experience, we can easily produce even the most difficult profiles
Electrostatic Powder Paint
In Alustore Aluminum's electrostatic powder coating facility with an annual capacity of 2500 tons, painting is carried out with a wide range of RAL colors according to customer demands. Profiles are painted in accordance with QUALICOAT standards in the facility.
The surface of the painted profiles is not only resistant to corrosion, but also has good resistance to the UV effects of sunlight. The company prioritizes environmental awareness.
